From your initial email or call to our office to book your viewing through to you moving in we will endeavour to look after you and make the process as quick and as stress free as possible.

Step One

Select a property and arrange an accompanied viewing. 

Step Two

Complete your application form and return to our office (along with your administration Fee and two forms of ID) and then simply let us have your preferred moving in date.

Step Three

Sign your tenancy agreement and collect keys

Once you’ve Moved into your Property

Things to remember –

• To take Gas, Electric & Water meter readings once you’ve moved in and again when you move out for your own piece of mind
• Register for council tax
• Inform the TV licensing dept, re-register / re-direct your post with Royal Mail
