In addition to the service of renting back, we can also offer you the ability to buy back the property when your situation improves. If your financial difficulties are likely to be temporary you might wish to have an option to buy back your home at a later date.
If so, we’ll agree with you a market value that will be fixed at a time in the future. When that time comes you’ll either have the option of buying back your home – and we are obliged to stick to the price we’ve quoted you even if house prices have increased – or walk away from the deal with no loss whatsoever.
How It Works
Simply by filling out our free valuation form, we can tailor the service to suit your needs - we can set up short-term rental or long-term arrangements (with or without a buy back option) depending on what you prefer. Rental rates are at market prices and any buy-back option would be at a fair, pre-agreed price.
